Hi, When I was first starting out in business Bob took a chance on me and hired my firm. I remember admiring his porsche and Bob said "take it for a ride go out to lunch have fun." So I did and it was an amazing experience. Bob was always so kind to me and when I tried to connect with him and didn't get a response I feared the worse. He was one of the good guys.

Eulogy for Robert (Bob) McNabb
Good evening, my name is Joe, I’m truly honored to share with all you our feelings regarding the loss our beloved brother Bob.
In the course of our relationship, Bob became a genuine brother to Leonard and I, as well to many other members of our family. Coincidently on a summer weekend about a year later Bob walked up to us and he said , I have a new word for you guys, we are “Carnales“ “Thats what you guys personally mean to me”. (which means Brothers in English)
In that moment, we all busted out in laughter & joy and hug each other because it was truly heart felt.
I think many of you would agree that “Bob “was :
“Extraordinary Man“
We first met Bob back in 2001, and he instantly befriended us,and we accepted him as well.
He had this ability to startup a conversation with you and before you knew it you were laughing aloud and joking about silly stuff which made you feel like family. It could be football, world news, or only plain old stuff of life. Bob had a way to get you to engage about it and making you feel comfortable.
He was a passionate” RAIDER’s “ fan and could tell you anything about them or about any major football team. He would record all sessions of Football legends and you couldn’t even start up a conservation about a team unless you knew the facts, cause Bob’ would call you out on it in a flash.
Those of you who were close and really knew him, know that Bob had a very special “ HEART “ and he used it each day to show those who were closest to him, how much he cared about them and treated others with the same dignity and respect that he wished for himself.
Bob’s kindness, generosity, and sincerity, was always apparent by welcoming friends and family into his home. His charismatic manner of sharing his wisdom; andcompanionship; and his many life experiences exemplified his character and what his family or friends meant to him.
Bob’s love for his wife Rose, his son Steve, his daughter Jennifer, and his grandchildren, Sara, Matteo, Juliet andJameson, was resolute, unyielding and unconditional. They were without a doubt his pride and joy and his life time “ Treasures“.
Bob dedicated himself in the development of his business intoa full-service Insurance company that is successful and efficient, ensuring that his lively hood and that of his children was secure in their future.
Bob also shared with us that he learned to be Humble, while developing the growth of his company. He started out with a partner George and after a few years George wanted to leave to start up an aviation business and Bob told him not to leave that the business was growing. George left anyway and Bob bought him out. A few years later Bob got a large bonus from the growth of the business and he went to visit George to tell him what he missed by leaving. George then told Bob come into my office I want to show you something.
The Aviation business he had started had earned 3 times more than the amount Bob had gotten. Bob said that day, I learned a lesson of a lifetime , “Humbleness”. Bob loved to share his life experiences and always made you appreciate him more.
Maya Angelou’s ( American Poet )once said: Definition of a Legacy is:
Your, Legacy is everything you do every day of your life
Your, Legacy is every person you touch
Your, Legacy is every person you harm and every person you “HELP”.
Albert Einstein once said:
“ THE VALUE OF A MAN, SHOULD BE SEEN IN WHAT HE “ GIVES “
AND NOT IN WHAT HE “ RECEIVES ”.
In two word, Bob was “ Giver / Helper “ .
Bob shared his life with family and friend s and gave his time and money to those that were parts of his life.
There was a painter name Florentino who painted Bob house and a few years pasts and Florentino fell from a latter with his leg in between the steps of the latter and crush his leg into three parts. Bob found out about it and sent him money during his recovery until he was able to begin to work again. Bob’s compassion and humanity was always displayed by his unselfishness to share his life with others.
Bob also gave to the homeless over and over again, exemplifying his “Kindness, Respect, & Thoughtfulness’, forthose who were less fortunate that he.
Sorrow fills our hearts, at this sad moment, a sorrow that is deep and personnel to a lot of us. The door to Bob life has been closed and our lives will feel the void of his presence; but we will always remember the moments of joy and love hebrought into our lives. The joyful memories of Bob life is his gift to us and should remind us that we too should try to leave joyful memories to those we love.
Bob has gone now, guided by his faith and by the light of those that he loved.
We know Bob’ Soul will be Bless , as his is “ Welcomed into God Kingdom “.
Until we meet again “ Carnal “, Its been our “ Honor “ to have you as our brother, We love You Always.
Joe , Leonard, Mitchie and Family.
