I remember working with Edu together at the Bob's Big Boy (and later Cocos) restaurant. Edu was always positive and made everyone around him happy. His cheerful attitude was always on display. We had a lot of fun working together and I look back at this time with great fondness. I am sure that Edu is now spreading his cheerfulness in heaven. Dear Edu, we will surely meet again, my friend.
