We had the privilege of taking care off Jo in her final years of her life. While we had our challenges , Jo kept each and every one of us on our toes. Strong willed but always so humorous, entertaining and kind . Our deepest condolences to the family. May Jo Rest in Peace .. Millennium Care

I will always think of Josephine having such a big presence in any room. Even if she was just sitting and observing, she had a vast store of warmth or wisdom or humor ready to be given at any moment. I remember feeling so special when she would come from the kitchen at Bruno's to check in or chat with our family for awhile. We knew she had a bunch of things she could be doing, but she never made us feel like she was rushing through her time with us. It was always the best to see her smile or laugh before she returned to the tasks that encompassed making delicious meals, which also blessed so many. I will miss her very much.

Our deepest condolence to our Cousins, Jerry and Phil during this difficult time. I only have the fondest memories of my Aunt Jay and Uncle Jerry. I always look forward to going to their house for visits and I loved when they invited me to have a meal at their Italian restaurant. When the whole family would gather it seemed like a celebration of good food and family togetherness. I loved my Aunt Jay and I am going to miss her. On a happier note, she once told my wife, Blanca: "My boys are taking such good care of me like they're going to inherit millions!" Then, a big smile came across her face and she laughed. My Aunt Jay will be missed and my heart is saddened that she is gone. God speed and may He watch over you. Be at peace Heaven awaits you. Love, Bill, Blanca and Family

Reading others recollections hits mine as well. Jo was to me my second mom (as well as Jerry Sr. like a father) and was a confidant, advisor, and as close as a mother as any I've ever had the privilege to be around. Its not a fluke everyone referred to her as "mama Jo". Her sense of humor , wisdom and fierce loyalty to friends and family were characteristics that will always be memorable to me. Prayers to all of the Bruno's .
