Obituary of Patricia Salazar-Chan

Thousand Oaks Patricia Salazar-Chan "Patty" entered heaven on Friday, November 29, 2013 in her home surrounded by family and friends at the age of 61. Patty was born in Ventura, California on July 6, 1952. She attended Ventura High School and later started a career as a Pharmacy Technician. She is survived by her husband, Cyrus Chan, her children, Kimberly Salazar, Norman Salazar, Debbie Belli, Steve Chan, and Lori Murphy. Her grandchildren, Savannah Salazar, Hailey Corralejo, Samantha Belli, Trevor Chan, Corey Belli, Kaley and Kaden Chan, Miranda Salazar, and her great-grandson Legend Reyes. She is also survived by her sisters, Grace Rodriguez, and Sally Ramirez and a beloved large extended family. She enjoyed shopping, and many family/friend get togethers. She also loved spending time with her family. All who knew Patty will miss her wonderful smile, laugh, generosity, and beautiful singing voice. She left us all with many heartfelt memories. A celebration of life will be held on Monday December 9, 2013 at 11:30 am at the Rose Family Funeral Home Chapel.
