Obituary of Joyce Ann Pierson

Joyce Ann Pierson, age 86, of Sylmar California, passed away peacefully on April 26,2024 in Van Nuys California.

Funeral service will be held at Oakwood Memorial Park and Cemetery 22601 Lassen St., Chatsworth CA 91311 on May 10, 2024, at 11:00 am. Reception to follow. 

Joyce Ann Taylor was born to Delmar and Elisie Taylor in Michigan on March 26, 1938. She attended Brighton High School and graduated in 1956. She went on to work for NASA, Lockheed, and Skunkworks specializing in production inspection for top secret projects.

Joyce survived her predeceased life partner Edith Ozella Bias. They had three children, Lloyd, Nancy, and Wilburn. Grandchildren include Douglas, Rand, and Jade Gurley, David, Dawn, and Amber Bias. Great Grandchildren include Stephanie, Kara, Rand, Andrew, Levi, JoyceAnn, Ozella, Jestin, and Delilah. Great Great Grandchildren include Alexandra, Raiden, Evalyn, Nova, Omari, Damion, Jaxon, Michael, Dakota and Zariah.
