Johanna Elizabeth Paulsen, age 71, of Los Angeles, CA. passed away on October 3, 2014 in Montezuma, NC. She was born August 31, 1943 in Santa Monica, CA. a daughter of the late Patrick and Alice Teubner Harrington. Johanna was of the Episcopalian Faith. She was a volunteer for Hospice in California and the Senior Center in Santa Clarita, CA. Johanna also enjoyed crocheting, reading and traveling. Along with her parents, Johanna was preceded in death by her: husband, William Paulsen; infant daughter; sister, Tawny Asher; brother, Patrick Harrington. Johanna has left to cherish her memory her: daughter, Alice Carroll and husband Chuck of Fredericksburg, VA; sons, Nick Daniels and wife Regina of Crossnore, Michael Paulsen and wife Carol of Redondo Beach, CA., Dennis Paulsen and wife Betty of Santa Clarita, CA.; brothers, James Harrington of Hollywood, CA., Kevin Harrington of Simi Valley, CA.; four grandchildren; Preston Daniels, Chasity Majoni, Julian Paulsen, Max Paulsen; one great grandchild, Kale Daniels.
