As a fellow University of Portland alum, let me offer my condolences and prayers for Catherine and all of her family.
Reading her obituary was inspirational and reminds all of us to make the most of our lives -- by loving our families with devotion and finding ways to serve others selflessly.
Today I will dedicate some prayer time for Catherine, in gratitude.
