Patricia Ann Hapner November 8, 1948 - January 13, 2012 On January 13, 2012 Patricia Ann Hapner passed away after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was a loving wife, step-mother, sister, and aunt. She is survived by her devoted husband Lawrence Hapner, and her 3 step-children, Linda Knox (Randy), Helene Cohen (Mitch), Daniel Hapner (Kerry), and her five grandchildren Benjamin and Sammy Knox, Henry and Lily Cohen, and Adam Hapner. Also, she leaves behind 6 siblings Pamela Herzog (Kramer); Robert Tarver; John Tarver (Karen), Bruce Tarver (Vivian), Paul Tarver (Mariann); and David Tarver. She is the daughter of the late Robert Allen Tarver and Mary Ann Callahan Tarver. Patricia was born in South Bend, Indiana, in 1948, and she graduated high school from Crystal Springs School for Girls in Hillsborough, CA. Lawrence requests that instead of flowers, a donation be made in her name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
