My family and are are sincerely sorry to learn the news about Coco. Our condolences, thoughts, and prayers are with the Robles' and their family.
Thankfully I had the privilege of meeting the wonderful Coco 5 years ago. I remember the first time I met her at Wendy's house she greeted me with a hug and smile, even though I was a stranger. Her kindness and compassion stood out to me and was evident over the years as I watched her love her family unconditionally and selflessly.
My first thoughts of her were, "what an incredibly beautiful woman both inside and out," and my first impressions proved true over and over again.
One of my favorite memories of her was 4th of July 2015 when Aida and I took her shopping at Ross and she found the cutest red white and blue shoes and matching bows from Claire's, one of her favorite stores. She was so excited to wear her new outfit to the event and she always looked radiant in everything she wore and lit up a room with her elegance and smile.
Beyond her beauty, I remember how lovingly she was to me, Jordan and Peyton (my two sons). She took my children into her home and treated us as if we were family, no questions asked. When Jordan would just go through her pantry and ask her for food, she would laugh and make him something to eat. She never treated Jordan or Peyton any different than she did her own grandkids.
It is a great loss that Coco has left; however, her memory lives in each and every face of her sisters, brothers, children, and grandchildren. Thank you, Coco, for touching our lives... you will not be forgotten.
