It is with great sadness that I have just learned of the passing of Marc Tody last November. Marc was among my best friends during our childhood, along with his brothers, Dick and Bud, and our neighbor, Kim. I have always missed Marc and my other friends ever since I left California and now there is an even greater loss in my spirit. My condolences to his family for his loss and his parents before him. Marc was my best friend back in 1984 when we both worked for Tri-Valley Electric Supply. Marc, Robert, Lori McDowell and I used to spend a lot of time together. Marc will be truly missed. What a fine man he was. I will always have a place for him in my heart.

I want you to know that i am truly hurting for you. Marc was such an exceptional person and i always felt close to him, even if i hadn't seen him in a long time. The sound of his beautiful laugh at all our family Thanksgivings. The genuine hug he always gave so freely! Its been a hard few years and there's been a lot of loses but this one rocks you to the core. In trying to make sense of it, i can only say "God had to call up one of his Angels". There will be a very empty spot in all our hearts! "I'll see you in Heaven cousin. We'll continue our Thanksgiving when we all get there! Deal? I love you all!

I don't know how to convey how sorry I am that Marc passed. The world has truly lost one awesome guy. I've known Marc for 51 years. We had a ton of fun and good times. He was a truly remarkable individual. He loved his family so very much and they always came first in his life. He felt the burden of being the oldest child and he always shouldered that burden with love and understanding. He loved Alan so much, they were the cutest couple. I mean who else would try to dig out below their condo to make a craft room? I remember him telling me about it-only Marc would think of excavating under his condo! Needless to say it was not a good idea, structurally speaking. He always greeted me with a "sweetie". He was my best friend all through school, kindergarten through 12 grade. We love you Marc. You left a home in my heart that can never be filled by anyone but you. I will always be your bootax.
